condition audit can be utilised in maintenance planning and repair programmes. The standard provides

the approval criteria for the work. This standard does not deal with condition audits
for processing buildings, instead applying business
and service building condition assessment instructions KH 90-00245, KH 90-00246,
KH 90-00247 and a sample report of a business
