PSK 6202 - Condition audit In process industry
The purpose of this standard is to define the principles for the procurement and accomplishment of a
condition audit, and describe its goals, the purchaser’s participation in the process and how the
condition audit can be utilised in maintenance planning and repair programmes. The standard provides
guidelines for selecting the degree and scope of the
audit, and also defines the scope of reporting and
the approval criteria for the work. This standard does not deal with condition audits
for processing buildings, instead applying business
and service building condition assessment instructions KH 90-00245, KH 90-00246,
KH 90-00247 and a sample report of a business
and service building condition assessment.
