PSK 6350 - Butt-fusion of polyethylene and polypropylene plastic pipes
This standard presents instructions for the butt
fusion of polyethylene and polypropylene pipes. The
standard defines the requirements for the welders
and recommended welding methods. In addition the
standard gives guidelines for interpretation of
material markings. The standard does not deal with the medium of the
piping or the requirements set by the pressure
equipment legislation. -
PSK 6351 - Electrofusion of polyethylene and polypropylene plastic pipes
This standard presents instructions for the
electrofusion welding of polyethylene and
polypropylene pipes and fittings. The standard
defines the requirements for the welder and the
welding procedure. In addition, the standard
provides guidelines for the interpretation of material
markings. The standard does not handle the flow medium in
the piping or the requirements of pressure
equipment legislation.
