PSK 5811 - Document management. Metadata for document management
This standard is applied in industrial investment projects for defining and standardizing the metadata on documents created by various parties. The standard also provides instructions on how to use the metadata.
In this standard, the metadata is defined to the level typically required by document management systems, project control and handover of final documentation.
The standard applies a perspective of an investment project, but it can also be applied in other projects as well as operation and maintenance. -
PSK 5812 - Document management. Document types
This standard is applied in industry for defining and standardizing the document types created by various parties.
In this standard, the document types are listed to the level typically required by document management systems, project control and handover of final documentation.
Document type classification is based on standard SFS EN 61355-1.
The standard applies a perspective of an investment project considering also plant lifecycle management and maintenance.
The document types in this standard can be used to supplement the meta data of PSK 5811.
The document types in this standard can be used in the following data elements of PSK 5822:

PSK 5813 - Document management. Document transmittals
This standard is used for planning the document transmitting and to support contractual obligations related to the document delivery.
The standard has been prepared especially for use in industrial investment projects. It may also be applied to other uses or in other fields of industry.
This standard gives guidance on how to ensure the distribution of documents to the agreed recipients within the agreed timeframe and the unambiguous traceability of the distribution.
The standard is suitable for use with both digital and paper documents. -
PSK 5814 - Document management. Document security classification
This standard is used to classify the confidentiality of documents especially for use in industrial investment projects.
The standard may also be applied in other fields or for classifying the confidentiality of documents in organizations.The standard presents the security classes of documents and provides instructions for implementation of document classification in practice.
