- requirements of the construction method
- stresses on the channel
- intended use of the channel
- requirements of the transported substance
The surface treatment for the channel must be selected case by case on the basis of the transported substance, loads and environmental requirements. -
PSK 5602 - Floor channel covers
This standard presents the most commonly used floor
channel cover types in industrial buildings and their
basic requirements. The selection of the floor channel cover type for a
certain application shall be made on the basis of local
requirements, stresses on the cover and channel,
permeability of the cover, intended use of the channel
and the requirements of the transported flow medium.
