PSK 2601 - Industrial equipment and installation. Delivery documents. 6th edition
The documents of this standard are used in the procurement of machines and equipment for the industry. The documents are applicable for delivery of both complete plants and equipment or separate machinery.

PSK 2601-0 - Delivery contract
The document comprises the Delivery contract, in which the contract parties are named, and both the scope and terms of the delivery are technically and economically defined. The optional and supplementary information shall be entered in the appropriate placeholders
Changes to the contract or to Appendix 1 PSK 2601-1 shall be recorded under clause 19 Agreed additions, Special Provisions and Exceptions of the contract. Precise reference to changed clauses or chapters shall be included in the records. The Delivery contract shall always be used in combination with contract Appendix PSK 2601-1 General contract conditions. -
PSK 2601-1 - General contract conditions. Equipment and erection
The document defines the following topics:
- obligations of the purchaser and supplier
- responsibilities of the purchaser and
supplier
- change management
- approval of delivery stages
- information security
- immaterial rights
The standard PSK 2601-1 shall be used as Appendix 1 of the Delivery contract PSK 2601. Instead of modifying the standard, any changes shall be recorded in the Delivery contract under clause 19 Agreed additions, Special Provisions and Exceptions.
The standard may also be used independently -
PSK 2601-2 - General conditions for erection site
The document comprises the requirements and
instructions concerning health and safety at work,
fire prevention, traffic at the erection site, use of
vehicles and working hours. The standard may be used independently or as a
part of contract Appendix 6. The general
instructions shall be complemented with sitespecific instructions. -
PSK 2601-3 - Initial technical data
The document comprises the basic data of the
conditions of the future location of the machine or
equipment to be delivered, as well as the technical
compatibility requirements of said equipment. The standard may be used independently or as a
part (a) of Delivery contract Appendix 2. The plant-specific form of the standard shall be
updated by the Purchaser. -
PSK 2601-4 - Delivery agreement for technical documents
The document comprises a list of documents that the contract parties shall submit to each other. The list may also define the delivery schedule and format of the documents.
The document presents templates for a delivery agreement of technical documents, sets of documents, matters to be dealt with, engineering items, names of documents or data groups for three different types of delivery:
- Appendix A Delivery agreement for technical documents in pre-engineering
- Appendix B Delivery agreement for technical data
- Appendix C Delivery agreement for technical documents
This document is supported by standard PSK 2620. -
PSK 2601-5 - Installation work agreement
The completed agreement defines the liabilities of
the contract parties during the installation
concerning installation personnel, site facilities,
civil engineering works, transport, storage, tools,
supplies, insurances and other operations
associated with the installation. The installation
work arrangement agreement also mentions the
instructions and orders to be followed in the
installation work. The installation work arrangement agreement is
used as part of Appendix 6 of the Delivery contract
in deliveries including installation or in the delivery
of installation only. -
PSK 2620 - Purchase of industrial machinery and plant. Technical documents grouping, terms and definitions
Industrial investments involve purchases in all fields of technology. Purchase specifications and limits are formulated on the basis of technical documentsThis standard defines the basic concepts to be applied to technical documents and their grouping.
The purpose of the standard is to unify the concepts to be used and give them an unambiguous
descriptionStandards related to the contents of the documents
are available in all fields of technology; they are
referenced in this standard. This standard shall be used together with the standard PSK 2601-4 "Delivery agreement for technical
documents". -
PSK 2630 - Industrial piping. Procurement. Model of enquiry
The document model attached to this standard is used in the procurement of industrial piping. The document can be used both in the procurement of overall deliveries and individual services.

PSK 2631 - Industrial piping. Procurement of steel piping. Template of Technical Specification
This standard and the accompanying document template are used in the procurement of industrial piping. The document is suitable for the procurement of both total deliveries and separate services.The text presented in Appendix 1 is intended as a
template only and shall be checked and corrected
to meet the needs and requirements of the project.This standard deals with piping made of steel. The
procurement of thermoplastic piping is dealt with in
standard PSK 2632.
