This standard specifies the materials and dimensions of welded pipes and fittings belonging to the
pipe class E0H3A, as well as the pressure rating of
the pipe class. This pipe class is intended for vacuum use and the allowable pressure is a full vacuum (-1 bar gauge) at temperature 150 °C. In this
pipe class the allowable pressure at temperature
20 °C is 6 bar and the maximum allowable temperature 250 °C. Use and basis of pipe classes are presented in the
standard PSK 4200. The definition of the pipe classes is introduced in
standard PSK 4201. Additional requirements to be
considered in piping design and manufacturing are
defined in standard SFS-EN 13480 parts 2…5.
