The General contract conditions in appendix 1 of this standard are used in minor purchases in the industry as an appendix of the Contract.The conditions shall be applied to the trade of separate goods; machines, equipment or components in cases where the contract does not include project work or erection to an essential extent.Contract for minor purchases means any contract, agreement or confirmed purchase order for the product including these general contract conditions agreed on by the contract parties. Standard PSK 2601 Delivery contract and its appendices are used in connection with industrial equipment, their installations and project work.
